By using the Redirect procedure you can divert users who key-in a certain domain to a specific website.

To perform this operation you must be able to manage the domain’s DNS by means of a management panel provided by the maintainer, since it will be necessary to change Record A.

You can also request DNS -Redirect with Sitewith.us!

By contract we offer the possibility of registering or transferring a single domain (for each website purchased with Sitewith.us), but you can register additional domains with another Maintainer and request DNS Redirect.  In this way, by keying in the new domain the site created with Sitewith.us will be displayed.

It is important to note that by effecting DNS Redirect the domain in question will still be managed by the Maintainer from whom you purchased it.  Consequently, you must contact that company with regard to mail account management and service renewals (concerning the domain).

Before purchasing, we advise you to check that the Maintainer you choose will allow you to manage the domain’s DNS (record A).  Once you have taken this step, you can apply to us for Redirect, by sending technical notification from your control panel.
To make the change operative, we will send you a mail reply specifying the parameters to be used to set up your domain’s management panel.
